Been out finishing the new fence. Everything works. The big cattle Mooooove is tomorrow. I have the goat field in between where they have to go, so I am going to cut the wire in the goat field and make an alley for them to go trough. It's 6 cattle altogether including little Orla. This field is 3x the size of the one they are in and has not been grazed in about 3 years. (needed new fencing) Photos of happy cows coming soon!!!

So I flat out told my realtor, "I am NOT moving fences". I went over her head and contacted the survey guy myself to come back and redo the survey showing the property lines matching the fence lines. They guy will have an 18 foot width for his driveway. That SHOULD be plenty. So my realtor is too afraid to call me now. 
That's fine. Looks like I still have a contract. I really did not think they would back out, they just wanted to see if they could get away with asking for 12 more feet, and my realtor was going to give it to them at my expense. It would have cost thousands of dollars to move 1,100 feet of fence.

Thanks. Me too. Had 3 strands of a much thinner wire around that field and it did not hold up to deer and cattle.Nice set up! I can't wait to see pics of those happy cows enjoying that nice, big pasture!
I decided to redo the entire thing in this heavy duty shockline wire.

Just found this very old post of me with my fav goat Iris. We went to a winery after a goat show. A sudden severe summer storm came up and everyone scrambled into the winery. They even yelled to us to bring the goat inside.
She was perfect the whole time. Very clean.
