I'm very excited. We got the pasture fenced in where the goats will go. Plus I found a Step 2 Clubhouse for less than half of the new price. So the goats will have something to jump on and play around. :weee

lol is that a little telephone in the clubhouse? ...cause goats need those ;)

your pasture is gorgeous, i am enviously eyeing your pasture fencing, seriously, *drool*

i was working on ours earlier, but it's not wire fencing because we can't dig. and the wire is about 4 x's the cost of the wood and electric.

Thanks! We have been lucky lately and have gotten the right rain. The perfect rain that soaks in the ground good. We went into July with browned out grass and then we started getting some nice rain on a semi regular basis and has greened up everything nicely. Also helps that animals have never been on this field.

I couldn't believe my luck when I found the Step 2 Clubhouse on Craigslist. I had been searching and searching for Little Tikes and Step 2 outdoor climbers and was just finding nothing. Then this came up. It really looks new too. I bet the original owner only had it about a year. Their 4 year old girl had outgrown it. Yes, there is a phone! I debated whether to leave it there or not and just decided to leave everything that belongs to the Clubhouse in the clubhouse. Who knows, maybe the goats will need to call someone!

Hahaha... You will know when you start getting strange calls on your house phone saying that a couple goats just called them, and they weren't entirely sure how because they drove past the house but the phone was in a little tykes house, ...

I'm going to start perusing the yard sales for one of the smaller ones for our goats coming saturday.

We went through about a month of rain, and it didn't help unfortunately... Our buck fence is looking nice though! And the goats, after the electric is installed, should not be able to get out of it at all.
