Goat Mistress
We have a barn for kidding, and each pen currently has several 'goat houses'...basically like large dog houses with wood floors. Our new barn in Indiana has 10' sheds built off of it on three sides, which will be within the pens and contain feeders and mangers, and then stalls inside accessable from the sheds for really nasty weather and kidding.
Goats really don't need anything fancy. Many people purchase used storage sheds - these work great and are usually an easy find on Craigslist. Many (including us!) simply use dog houses. I agree with cmjust0 - if you're going to be having babies, you'll want an area you can comfortably sit on the ground and assist in...I can't imagine having to be out in the open or trying to get at a doe who's determined to kid in a little dog house.
