This is pretty much what our goats eat year-round along with hay cut off the farm. We do provide a goat specific loose mineral fortified with zinc and in the winter we provide protein blocks. So we are not officially "grass fed" but we are pretty darn close. We rotate pastures every 6 weeks or when we see the goats are picking the pasture down below 3-4".

Looks like a bunch of happy goaties... but then again what goatie would not be thrilled to be belly deep in beautiful grass.

Thanks Animalmom! I just stumbled upon how to post videos to BYH. These were some I had posted on my Calfee Farms Facebook page I thought might be pertinent. I definitely will post more now that Spring has finally sprung in East Tennessee.
