Hello from a Michiganiac!

Hello!

I just signed up for this forum. I already am a member on the BYC but since I have a horse and I'm getting a goat this weekend, I thought I'd better join this one!

I live in the southern part of Northeastern Michigan (lower peninsula) that is known as "The Sunrise Side" on 6 mostly forested acres with a spring fed pond on the Rifle River. My horse is an Arab/Saddlebred, my chickens are red sex links with a cochin rooster, my dog is a lab/husky and the goat that I get to buy on Sat. is a LaMancha. I'm also married and have a 5 yr old daughter.

Hey! Nice to meet ya! I'm originally from Michigan myself; the Detroit area. Now I'm in Texas. I much perfer the winters here but I especially miss this time of year. Enjoy the beautiful autumn colors for me, would ya?
