Hi! We're brand new to homesteading, and recently moved to seven acres in the suburbs of Syracuse, NY. We have two does, on LaMancha and one LaMancha/Saanen cross. Our LaMancha just had 2 bucks this past week, and the other due on Easter Sunday. In addition to our goats, we have 9 French Angora rabbits, 5 Cayuga and 4 Silver Appleyard ducks.

Really looking forward to taking in all of the information and collective experience around here!

Greetings and welcome from Indiana!
7 acres sounds great, but what restrictions do you have in the suburbs?

Welcome from Norhern NY!!! Syracuse is nice. I bought my rabbits around there.
LaManchas are great dairy goats. Twins can have problems during delivery. Were both the bucks okay? I hope your Easter kid or kids turn out great!
What do you keep Angoras for? They are great for fiber, but are a pain in the neck to groom, and get fur mats all.the.time.
