Snow, ice, and frigid temperatures the past week.

We have horses, mini-donkeys, Nigerians goats, various poultry species, Great Pyrenees dogs (rescues that have no interest in goats), and more barn cats than we can count. We both retired recently, and staying very busy with projects around our little 10 acre farm.

We have recently become more serious about raising Nigerian Dwarfs, buying our first registered buck. Not enough time to have babies from him yet, but our little buck born last year is the proud papa of 3 sets of boy/girl twins a few weeks ago (the mom abandoned one little girl, so now she's a bottle baby in the house). He is purebred, but not registered. None of the does are registered, but have 3 purebred ND's, and 4 ND/Pygmy crosses. May start looking for a few registered does.

I look forward to being here!
