I'm thinking of getting some goats, starting out with two and possibly growing the herd as my capabilities increase. I like the look of Alpines and they seem to be a good breed.
My thought was to divide up the massive chicken coop I have and then build a separate run for the chickens and let the goats have the big fenced in yard area.
Any folks near Delano, MN, want an extra hand one day for goat care so I can get a little hands-on experience before making any decisions?
