My name is Diego, and I grew up on a farm in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia before moving to Massachusetts. Growing up, my mother was a veterinary assistant, and in addition to horses, goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens, we had an assortment of other rescued animals: ducks, hedgehogs, squirrels, raccoon, ferrets, lizards, parrots, snakes.. You name it, and it probably crawled, slithered, and trotted through our yard or house.

I look forward to being a part of the community, and hopefully I can add some of my own insight to forum topics! Cheers!

What type of animals do you have currently?

We just have a handful of chickens and cats (an odd pairing, to say the least) at the moment, but I hope to expand once we move into a larger house later this year! I miss having goats, especially the fresh milk!
