Hi, welcome from Central Indiana! :frow

What kind of geese do you have? Mine are Chinese.

When my husband retires in a few years, we plan to move as far from the suburbs as we can get. He is partial to Southern Indiana, but I think I am about as far south as I can stand already. (We are from Michigan originally.)

I’ll probably compromise and go one hour south.

I’ll probably compromise and go one hour south.
The first one is the babies we have raising up for guard geese for our chickens and we will be harvesting 2 in the fall. And the other is the big gaggle we inherited. I don't know on the adults the male and female, I only know for sure the really dark gray black one ( which I'm sure is hard to tell in the photo because it was night time ) is a male because he was guarding one of the females everytime she sat on a nest
