Help!!! Very sick buckling

I have a buckling that is about 4 or 5 months. He is about 15-20 pounds. Almost two weeks ago I treated him for worms then treated him 10 days later. He had started to get better but now he is worse. He is still fat and has an appetite. But he had trouble getting up this morning. I have been giving him the following:
1cc of red cell
1cc of vitamin b complex
Molasses water
And probiotics
I feel like there is more I could give him to help him. Any suggestions

Yes, what is temp and any other symptoms?
What color are his inner eyelid membranes?
What did you use to treat for worms? Dosage used?
What breed of goat is this?

Have you checked for cocci? What kind of worms were they?

I haven't taken his temp. Today but yesterday it was 103.4. I will take his temp. When I get home in a few minutes. He is a Nigerian dwarf. The first time I used ivermectin and I just gave him quest the other day 0.2cc. I'm haven't gotten a fecal because I'm sure it's probably barberpole. His eyelids are pale.

I would be cautious of temp - your region/location is not listed. Here that would be borderline given our temps, as a warning that the goat may be feverish.

Pump some probiotics into him, stop all deworming - his system is on overload. Jump start if you have it would be good.

Coccidia is generally the kid killer.

Do you have banamine?

Really you need a vet.

You need to have his fecal checked.

You say he is fat, do you have any pictures? Do you know how to tell the actual BCS?
Goats can have a big belly but still be extremely skinny.

You really should have a vet see him.

We don't have any goat vets in the area. The last vet I took a goat all he could do was give a shot of vitamin B and steroids.
