Gotta love a crate trained dog! Sooo much easier and safer to transport.

She will be very happy when she sees her Oklahoma 6 again! Since they already know her and will recognize her it will be easier to train your other sheep to an LGD. Safety for the flock finally!

Current plan is to keep her in the kennel run that is part of the sheep shed till Saturday. During this time I will introduce her to human kids as they help with sheep. Then next weekend when I can observe most of day, I will let her join the sheep in the paddocks.

My one question is when to introduce her to the house dogs. She can see their area from the sheep shed (white is house fence, blue puppy). If I go into the home acre and love on house dogs using their names, is that good enough? I don't want her constantly alerting to them...

Yep, she perked up as soon as we pulled into sheep shed area. She could hear everyone demanding dinner. Getting her down out of truck bed wasn't too bad. I put a big tote as a step and lifted under her belly so she didn't have to land on the bad back leg.
