Herd/Flock Management Options?

Good Morning fine people!
I wasn't sure where to post this question, so please keep the to a minimum .

My husband's family is a longtime cattle family where the "kids" are now taking over herd operations. Obviously there are things we think we can improve - however we aren't trying to completely upset the apple cart. Our issue is trying to share information between 5 adults easily where as 2 use to manage all the things. Family dynamics being what they are (very good actually, but there are out of state family members now invested on levels not previously required), us "kids" would like to make things easily accessible to those members too. Thus my long winded request of - what digital management systems are people using?

Currently tracked on a spreadsheet are birthdates, calving history over a few years and a few other things that escape me. Herd currently consists of: 17 cows, 5 heifer yearlings, 4 steers and a bull.
This branch of the family (my husband and I) also have a small flock of sheep managed next door - so we would like to be able to utilize the same software and or process, yet have things accessible digitally.
