I have been keeping an Excel spreadsheet for tracking our goat herd (tattoos, freshening date, last vaccinations, etc). However, now that we are at 19 goats, the basic spreadsheet is cumbersome. I'm looking for recommendations on any actual programs designed for tracking this kind of stuff.
For our rabbitry, we found a very inexpensive online database called global pedigree project. The advantage is my wife and I can both access it from different computers.

Any inputs?

I would check out http://www.easykeeper.net

I am not sure of the price but I do know the developer and she is a great person and I really like her and her product; I just don't have a need for it yet. I have many friends that use it and really like it.

The owner's name is Jean Harrison and she will be happy to answer all your questions.

I use the animal manager from Homestead Apps. Works for me.
