We are at nearly two weeks now with our little goat kid, Yusuke. He's been doing well! Here is a goofy video of him running and doing binkies and flipping his long ears in slow motion

Yusuke our baby goat, as just a quick update, is doing very well and thriving at over three weeks old now!

Happy to check in and report Yusuke is doing great still, sprouted up to knee height at his back and about 20 lbs. He turns 7 weeks old this coming Friday!

Sorry I have not posted photos or videos in a bit of the little goat. His best friend, our cattle dog who helped to raise him, passed away June 27th. She has been gone for nearly two weeks, and he still comes up to the door when he is out and looks around for her if he comes inside. She helped raise him to be big enough to outside with the other goats, before her time came. Thank you old girl for helping Yusuke grow big and strong.

I am so sorry that you lost your dear companion and friend, a member of the family! You can’t explain it to Yusuke, he just doesn’t understand. It’s so hard to lose our dogs. They intertwine themselves into our hearts and every aspect of our lives. ❤️❤️
