This is the first delivery I will have attended. My neighbors doe all of a sudden had a full udder this morning, ligaments gone-ish, and at 5 pm, she was streaming thick mucous. Its now 7:25 my time, and I just witnessed her pawing at her bedding. When should I expect babies?

Took my girl about 4-5 hours after that but I would imagine it varies from doe to doe.

She just laid down and looks like she is trying to sleep! Realllly!? Doesn't she know I'm anxious? I'm going back to the house to warm up. I think I'll check on her again at 10pm.

I was gonna say, don't leave her at that point, usually when I see that it's ususally 3 to 5 hours, put on a pot a coffee and wait,, congrats,
