Howdy y’all!

I’m Rylee, I don’t currently own any herd animals but I plan to get some in the not so far future, and my best friends have cows. I do have a lovely flock of chickens (I’m on backyardchickens as well under the same username) and 3 LGDs. I still live with my parents and we are in central Virginia, we are currently in the process of moving, we are hoping to get a place with more land.

Welcome from Texas. I was a member here for 5 years, living in town with a flock of chickens and a garden. I used that time to read and study. There is lots of information in past posts. Pick an animal that you want on your farm and start reading the forum on it. It will help give you a foundation of knowledge to get started on. We moved to 8 acres and got sheep. Been having a blast ever since.
