They were a week apart. As you know our first littler was a disaster a week ago. Well, say hi to the second one. 7 healthy babies born in the middle of the night. Everyone is doing well, including momma.

Question though, is it normal for some of the spots to be kinda brown in a Berkshire, Yorkshire cross?

Unless you know that there is nothing ANYWHERE in the background of the 2 parents, there is always a chance of a recessive coming out. And the spots might darken up some, plus there is the factor of the one color overriding the other so the spots may look a little different color. I sure don't see any brown in the pictures and the pigs LOOK GOOD. Don't see any real runt in the bunch so that's great too. SOOOOO glad that this was better for you. Hope she milks good and takes good care of them.
