Is her hair considered to long for a mini rex?

I have been looking for some mini rex for awhile now and found this little girl, only concern is her fur looks to long for a mini rex. Will she grow out of it as she grows? Is this just her baby fur? Or is it that she just doesn’t have that good of fur quality?

This is her parents, they both seem to have the “rex fur” so does she just have baby fur and will grow into the “rex fur”. TIA

Looks like a rumpled baby stage, I had a blue like that that ended up growing up with nice, short plush fur so who knowsshe could too
