January Freeze-a-thon

Tomorrow morning I'll need to form new walk paths to feed. The current ones started to melt, refroze when evening temps dropped. Now there's just ice filled footprints. SUPPOSED to reach mid 40s tomorrow so hoping for more thawing.

Shoveled snow off of steps and walk way....drive is gravel and wasn't deep, wind blown off. Rest melted there.

My paths in the yard are slippery, too. It's supposed to get up in the 40s tomorrow, that should help melt them.

Tonight rain. Temps will make ice possible
Wed another system brings snow dusting to 1"

Neither would be much concern if the past weekend stuff wasn't still there to build on. Bad winter crap. Brrrr & Grrrr.

Hopefully, it does not look like there will be more than a little bit, coating at most... I am with you, no, not snow... especially not until at least the dangerous slick icy crust is gone...

We had freezing rain last night and this morning, but it melted.

Warmer. Not hot but ok The deal for weekend, here, I'd a in strong NORTH wind hitting 40+ mph. That's gonna give some awful "chill factor". At least it's dry. Another find what's blown in, awY, down, over -- ya get the picture! . More fun.

No new snow, but I have to dig out the horse trough hose and hope it's not frozen tomorrow. It's clearly not going to melt away and the water is down at heater level. No more time left to wait. Still carrying water to the rabbits 500ft down the icy hill.
