Our big doe had her kids. There are triplets, two bucks and a doe. All alive. I had to reposition the last two, as one of the bucks had his head turned back. I have read that you should put the doe on antibiotics after you go in her, to reduce the chance of a uterus infection. Would penicillin work? Has anyone else given their does antibiotics after repositioning kids?

Pen will work. But, I generally don't go to antibiotics for a simple reposition. If you were in there for hours and it was really dirty and the doe seems really "off" afterwards - then it might be warranted. I've done this for 30+ years and I've never had a doe get infected from me helping her out.

However - no matter what I say - you should do whatever makes you comfortable!

Congrats on the new kids - and your successful intervention!
