Kids not Wanting Milk

Strangest scenario:

I've bottle fed babies before, but I have a 3 week old kid who refuses to drink anymore milk. He was exposed to hay and grain and he LOVES hay.

He just lets the nipple sit in his mouth. Then he goes straight for hay.

This is do backwards for me. Normally it's the other way around. I've used molasses on the nipple, but he doesn't care.

What should I be doing to make sure he's getting what he needs?
