Lamb with clear mucous from anus

Hello. This is our first time having lambs in our flock. We have two 3 week old Katahdin lambs from a yearling mom. We found one of the lambs with a mucous type substance coming from their anus. There is evidence on their hair of diarrhea but we have not witnessed it. Rectal temp is 103.1 and the lamb is acting normal. Any thoughts as to what this is?

I've never had mucus out the rectum on lambs before. It it otherwise ok? Is it acting sick?

If otherwise ok, I'd watch & not much else. Sometimes bodily processes make bowels clump mucus rather than spread it out as usual. If he's pooping normal otherwise, it wouldn't bother me.

It is not acting sick. It is up and nursing and grazing as normal.

There is evidence in the pasture of both lambs having watery poop/diarrhea. We just treated two other yearlings and the nursing mama for parasites with ivermectin. I wonder if we should treat the babies too.
