Hi all! I have a nearly 1 year old Nigerian Dwarf Goat who has been favoring her front left leg for several weeks (going on week 5). She is slow getting up and moving, almost appearing arthritic. She seems to "warm up" eventually but is reluctant to play and run around although does so every once in a while.

I've taken her to the vet twice. The vet could not find any injuries and she also tested negative for CAE and did a fecal test, which came back negative.

Any thoughts?

Any swollen or hot joints? Can you get her a dose of Banamine for a few days and see if she is any better? And like @luvmypets said, are her feet good? That's where I would start. If she has any swollen joints I would get the vet to draw off some fluid and have a lab check for infection. Mycoplasma specifically.
