Larsen Poultry Ranch - homesteading journey

We went to church with hubby's grandma and after we went past an egret rookery.

Hubby got the door between the bathroom and kid room framed up over the weekend, and has been working on drywalling it and mudding it. He says its now done/ready for paint so we can move the kids back in soon, but he didn't cover anything when he sanded the drywall. So theres drywall dust EVERYWHERE.

Of course, if I say anything about that, even to point out that maybe next time he needs to use a vacuum when he sands, that is me being mean and rude. But, he's not going to be the one to clean it up, so why would he care about the size of the mess he makes?

It will be nice to have the kids back in their room.

It's a guy thing. I just grit my teeth and say "Honey how wonderful you finished". Then I mutter unprintable things under my breath as I clean up. Sulky men are too big to spank or stand in the corner. LOL On the other hand you could singe their dinner.

Drywall dust is like beach sand. It miraculously spreads without wind or movement. And will appear again weeks later.
