If you can get some metal puppy play pens and make a big square with them, then put tempting food in the square (furthest from where they enter). When the rabbits go into the area, then close the square so they can't get out. When you make the square, make sure you can easily close it up when the rabbits are in it. You would want a few people helping and you need to be patient.

The other option is a live trap and catch them one at a time.

Should you actually catch them, be sure to keep them away from any rabbits that you currently have for a period of time. I wouldn't think of bringing them into the herd for at least a month or more. No telling what bugs they've picked up in the wild.

Long fish net?

I would probably call animal control, they have tools they can use to help you catch them and they would probably be more than happy to let you take them and keep them out of the shelter!

When our buck got loose, we put an unbred doe in a cage off the ground and closed off three sides. He came looking for her with big hearts in his eyes! We were able to trap him under there and grab him.

Of course, you have no way of knowing the sexes on those rabbits!

Has nobody ever heard of
a live trap? For $30.dollars you can purchase a live trap
which is just perfect for catching rabbits.
Bait with a small bowl of pelleted rabbit feed and
you WILL catch that rabbit.
Put be careful, often when a rabbit that was set free
there is a very good reason. That might be an extreme
costly illness which you may not want to be saddled with.

You can usually borrow a live trap from the local shelter...what are your plans once you catch them?
