Well after all the trials just getting my two does to have a litter my older doe Mary had 5, one dead in the box. Well I am in Alabama and while we didn't take any damage last night there was alot of lightning and thunder. This morning one of her 4 was cold/stiff in the corner with no sign of injury.
I have been concerned that she would injure one of them since she doesn't seem to care and stomps all over them or knocks them all over. One day she decided to wedge herself in a corner and pressed one kitt into the wall and it couldn't escape or breath, I had to pull her off him.
Maybe he got scared and had a heart attack(she is very skiddish and they are too) or she squashed him. They are about 4 weeks old. Should I worry about her and all her litters and should I ween them all at 5-6 weeks?
Also the dead mitt weighed 13.8 onces and looked good.
