Lot's of horror stories out there (all true I'm sure) -- On our house in IL we picked the guy who talked good said he'd do this and that in marketing - did nothing. He complained about what we had - and it was all basically NEW. 3 months if we forced / fired him (he still had months left on the listing), went with a known realtor who really did know her stuff - she sold it in a month.
First realtor here that we worked with to sell the house (CA) before moving to the ranch -- full of do this, do that. She wanted all the wood (cedar ceilings and some cedar walls) painted white. I said NOT HAPPENING, then she and her husband proceeded to nit pick every little thing. They quit before we actually listed. Got a known realtor and sold in 2 months.

I don't understand how stuff migrates from MLS to Zillow, etc. The photographer with drone screwed up the parcel outline and realtor is having him fix it. He also promissed to update verbage. Otherwise, it looks okay. So much effort in cleaning things up for photos. A stick n bricks 3/2 house with 17acres a little farther down the road is listed at $895k.

I was thinking - where are the inside pics??? Should be fixed like yesterday fast. Once people look at a listing online if there are no interior pics they usually don't look a second time. NAIL HIS __________ TO THE FLOOR.

I know your house isn’t trashed, I meant when there are no pictures of the inside, it’s a bad sign. First thought is that it needs a complete renovation and the realtor doesn’t want to show it in the pictures.
Exactly what @Baymule said. I'd rather see messy or living in pics than no pics.
