The incompetence of people continues to infuriate me. I requested closure and total dispursal of my old company 401K in October 21. It was <$100 so not worth rollover. I stated closure, dispursal and needing my 1099R several times. Logged Nov 1st after recieving check and it looked right. Account $0 inactive, non-vest $6 forfeighted, etc. Somehow they didn't finish next step of closure and said I earned $0.08 on Nov 20th?!?!?! I have a ticket # while they "research the issue". 
Not just incompetence, but lack of caring. Doing the job correctly? Who cares...The incompetence of people continues to infuriate me. Cooking mixed lamb chops and beef eye of round chopped into small chunks as an experiment. Miss picky eater said some of the bites were chewy but she cleaned her plate. I had mine with some nice rice.

I LOATHE DEALING WITH MEDICAL INSURANCE!!!
And incompetent benefits admistrators that give wrong information make it worse! It's just a "minor" detail on maximum Out of Pockets. Here is tag line for email I'm writing.
Can you confirm which is incorrect: [COMPANY]'s understanding of their contract terms or BCBS's implementation. This is an unexpected, additional $3,000 expense for my family.
