And incompetent benefits admistrators that give wrong information make it worse! It's just a "minor" detail on maximum Out of Pockets. Here is tag line for email I'm writing.

Can you confirm which is incorrect: [COMPANY]'s understanding of their contract terms or BCBS's implementation. This is an unexpected, additional $3,000 expense for my family.

Boss man says he understands insurance frustration and is having it looked into. He also mentioned a deductible reimbursement program no one told me about. So that may even things out.

Not to mention that Texas doesn’t deal well with what WE consider to be extreme cold, snow at any depth, or ice of any sort except in a glass of iced tea. Looking at property will have to wait for warm sunny days.

Yesterday sucked! Alijah's back has been bugging him for awhile. He thinks he tweaked it carrying casket. He woke up with no strength to his leg and severe pain.
One ambulance ride and CT scan latter diagnosis is degenerative damage. Really great when ER doc walks in asking who your spine doctor is. He is home on muscle relaxers and nerve pain blockers. Spine doctor is supposed to call him within 72hrs.

I'm sorry to hear this. Surely it's painful and spine doctor might be an avenue for help in more ways than one. With your move "in progress" this might be a time to look into considering SSA disability status. Degenerative is that, so more to come.

Not sure the work he does but, being a man, we know most aren't just pushing pencils.
