Hopefully one day you will find something other than metal junk.....still the animals and your vehicle tyres will be glad of your efforts. You'll be needing the local scrap dealer soon!

I think the cat thing is that they like to be in enclosed spaces and circles...

Why do they like to be in circles? Goodness knows. You don't have to have a circle, a square will do, and you don't have to have a container. Cats will choose to sit in circles or any other fairly small shape on the floor/table etc, even if it is a circle of string, ribbon, cable etc. One theory is that it is a very small 'territory' that they can easily defend. Or maybe it's that cats are just weird!

Keep up the good work with the metal clearance, secuono.

looks like my yard. After the bank got my place (before I bought it) they pushed over a couple of old buildings.
Boxes of nails in mostly one spot half buried. Whole bottles are working their way up from God knows when or where. I have an entire gate that is coming up.

We got over 1800 pounds of metal from our place, over 15 five gallon buckets of broken glass, several hundred bags of trash and other truck loads of refuse, junk and general crap. It sure feels good to have it cleaned up. Your land is beautiful, having all the metal up and gone will make you feel much better.

I got a new toy!

Why?
Because I've found so many nails & screws the last week that it's nuts!

Found 13! Plus 1 by sight & a few odd bits of metals.
