I have 7 actual babies running around from born today-3 weeks old tomorrow. I had hoped maybe one of the triplets could get some off her but no, it's the huge doeling.

It's as if the older kid is saying "awww, I still need you momma! Even though your baby is gone!"

She is not stopping the previous kid from nursing. The only choice you might have is to get any yearlings separate and then maybe one of the younger kids will try her or you can bring her in and try to get the triplet to suck her twice a day and maybe she will accept it.
One thing we see in cows, if the calf nurses way into their yearling age, the udders on the females will get fatty. It has often affected their ability to make milk once they are bred. I would not continue to allow an already weaned kid of that age to go back on and start nursing again. But I don't do goats.

I didn't know that!
I wonder if it is the same for goats....

Is it typical that a yearling would even want to?
