More than 1 person milking?

Can different people milk one cow successfully? I'd like to start a "cow Co-op" so that some close-by neighbors and I can share the various jobs of keeping a family cow and then share the milk. I will only consider a Dexter or other "mini" type - if that enters into the equation at all. Thanks for any suggestions!

yes differant people can milk the same cow.an it is best that every1 milk at the same set time everyday.an follow the same milking prccedures.so the cow wont get mastitis.
