Moving Inside-Outdoor Rabbit into a Smaller but Big Enough Setup

I have this Building for my Bunny, and we're thinking of Moving her into a Hutch with like a Catio or something. If anybody has any Links or Tips to stuff for it (Ex: How to Build a Catio), That would be Appreciated. Thank you
