Nothing has changed--same food same everything.. Except I put him in a new cage a few weeks ago.

What can I do?

Sounds like GI stasis. I would get some fluids in him. Maybe some pineapple (Fresh). If you have any probiotics like yogurt or benebac I would get that into him too. He may need to see the vet. GI Stasis is pretty serious if that is what his problem is.

Above is a link to an article on GI Stasis. Hope it helps and good luck with your rabbit.

Thanks. It does sound like gi statis. i have given him simethicone, massaged him, given him yogurt, and let him run around the back yard. He is still pooping a bit, but he didn't eat last night or the night before. I will keep on top of this and hopefully he will pull through. he is a meat rabbit, so a vet is out of the quetion.

funny, when I was seraching for what might be wrong with him, I got nothing. Now that I know nd look up gi stasis, I get lots hits.

Thanks for giving me a name with hs condition!
