My goat baby died

The breeder called me today to say that my goat baby died. I was supposed to get her this month. These were to be my first goats.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Sometimes these things happen though. All breeders lose a kid now and then, we know that personally.

I know. I just can't believe it. I have waited since last fall for her.
She had a bloodline that I really wanted. She was so cute and full of life.......

Yep. I still have 2 sisters coming from the same breeder. Different Moms. But the girl that died was my favorate. She was the only one from her Mom this spring.

I am looking forward to my first goats. I am sure I will have lots of questions for you guys. Right now I am just a bit heartbroken.
