I've thought about getting a diagnosis, just for giggles and grins. But I don't need medication, at age 70, I've been wacko all my life, so why mess that up?

Oh, speaking of which, I got my ADHD testing done in December and results in January. I have the ADHD that presents without the H part. They don’t just call it ADD anymore. Now it all falls under ADHD and they have to add a string of other words to differentiate what kind, and I’m pretty sure the word inattentive is in there.
I relate very much with all this. I haven't been tested and won't be, but I suspect I have inattentive adhd. I'm either a slug or a tornado. Neither is "great" but I prefer to be a tornado over a slug. Even if it's more chaotic, stuff gets done. DH is a highly self motivated and productive person. He doesn't understand me being so unbalanced, and thinks no productivity is laziness and therefore a character flaw. This is me exactly except without the fun part! Seriously, I’m always the slug. I always wished I had the hyperactive part and then I could run around do things.
I almost laughed at it, it was a toss up... but, it would be me laughing at myself, because, I resemble many of your remarks...lolWhoever laugh reacted my last post needs to fill me in on what was so funny.
Currently steeping Dandelion heads to attempt Dandelion Jelly tomorrow. I would also like to make Violet Jelly! Has anyone else every made it or had it? I'm so intrigued!
I love how you write, it makes me smile, or chuckle. And while I don't think I have a disorder, I so thoroughly understand not knowing where to start.I relate very much with all this. To be clear, I'm not and don't use my thoughts on this as an excuse to things not getting done. I acknowledge it though because it does play a part in how I need to approach my life/chores/raising kids.
I'm very good at "dailies": Dishes, basic tidying, laundry... but I suck at projects. It's overwhelming to plan, never know where to start....![]()
I remember youngins demands....and destroyed "plans".

Just read through the thread... very fun! Sounds delicious, I might have to try it! We make vodka infused alcohol for what is called Birdy Juice, in golf circles. Whenever someone gets a birdy (one under par) everyone has a sip or two...lol. Hubs makes an amazing Peach (with our peaches) and Apple Pie birdy juice and he doesn't even drink.I also made some blueberry cordial

I picked 6 pounds of blueberries last Friday for $1 a pound. I will go this Friday and pick some more.
