I haven't heard of that, but life will teach you that anything is possible. The spine is up above the lamb, so probably no pressure there. It could be something stuck in her hoof or maybe she stepped in a hole and pulled a ligament or a sprain. She is carrying extra weight and that puts a strain on her whole body. Front or back leg?
