Hi! We have a nanny goat that kidded on May 9th. Baby is great but our mama has suddenly gone down. She acts as if she is paralyzed in her back end. She can't get up on her own and when we get her up, she does not bare weight on those back legs. She is still alert, eating well, drinking and poop is normal. I am completely stumped as to what has caused this. Any ideas? We have started her on B Complex.

I think it's a calcium deficiency. Contact a livestock vet and see what they can prescribe for her.
