That is interesting. The dairies around here hate delaval. I had delavals for one season and nothing but problems. Replaced everything with surge and never looked back.

Around here the Delaval is wanted over surge and the electric pulsation over the vacuum. Could be a regional type thing and they don't always have a sound base one way or another-just preference.
the brand of milking equipment thats liked depends on the equipment dealers in your area.an how good of service you got from them.our 1st milking system was a chore boy milking an feeding system.we had a 1000 gal sunset tank.then my dad got smart an changed the milking system over to boumatic.an when the milk tank died.we went with a 1000 gal muller.
