At on time wife and I talked about some buff orpington hens but after 2 stents the cardiologist said " no more eggs". I weighed all the options, my yard size, ease of care, set up cost, rodents,snakes, predators, nosy neighbors, getting pecked etc. Rabbits just fit best for me.
