[Shaffer farms]

My names Gerald Shaffer. Owner West Coast Wildlife, Shaffer Farms & Foods.

I am trained in wildlife conflicts and have worked with the Canadian government on Bear conflicts. My family raises sheep and sells marino wool with about 6000 head. I have a seaweed farm as well as interests in wheat farms. I am a musician with several songs on Apple music and also a husband and father of two young men and 3 golden retrievers.

I live on the waterfront of roberts creek and keep a keen eye on rising waters. So far all is well.

I look forward to reading this site often and hopefully adding to its value.

Do you use your sheep in the Canadian forestry understory clearance program? Amazing what they do with a flock, a couple of summer herders, and 6-8 LGDs. Looking forward to your doings on this forum.
