New mom had 1 kid 3 weeks ago. Utter issue

I just went to milk her and this is what I see. Thoughts? That one side is full of milk the other side had very little she had been separated from the kid for about 6 hours.

Did her udder fill normally before she gave birth?

The kid could be nursing one side more than the other. Or is there no milk what so ever in the one side?

15%-20% on the small side. Over filled on the other
She looked normal before birth. We didn’t notice anything in particular. But we didn’t inspect up close. Just being around her generally.

If one side is giving milk and the other side is over filled. I would guess that the kid is favoring one side. Only nursing that side. I would milk her out 2 times a day to keep her udder even, also to help relieve pressure from the kid not nursing that side.
