Nigerian dwarf sweater pattern?

Anybody use one that is small enough for tiny babies? The sweaters I made are too big for my twins. Knit or Crochet is fine! Thanks!

Could you just remove a couple of rows to "shrink" them down in size?

Many just buy the small doggie coats or use an old sweatshirt arm or such cut down a bit. I don't know... sorry
