I can't night pen my goats because I cant open let them out in the morning reliably. Is there any way to do this automatically like a chicken coop automatic door? Or have a lng chute of electrical fencing with some turns so the goats become precondition to the route but will confuse the coyote.

I'm sure you could redo an automatic chicken door to work with goats.
You'll need one of the vertical sliding doors. Replace the panel with one big enough for the goats. Add wood trim to form a lip around the sides & bottom, on the outside. That'll help prevent claws from finding a gap and lifting it.

If the barn isn't 100% closed, like a house, but with secure vents, then a coyote could weasel it's way in.
