The digging is just a wacky thing rabbits like to do, almost instinct really. The nose rubbing is how rabbits greet each other(yep, even wild bunnies). It is a curious and friendly gesture. Try stroking her along her muzzle from the base of the nose to the middle of the eyes, most rabbits will take it as a sign of affection.
I agree with LadyIsabelle2011, I have a rabbit who loves to show her affection by rubbing noses and licking my hand. She loves to be petted constantly, and if I stop petting, she nudges my hand until I start it up again.
