I have 2 goats, one is currently producing milk. I know neither have been vaccinated and I want to give the CDT vaccine. Had horses on the property before we moved in. Do I need to withhold milk?

ya know, i don't know about withholding milk. I've always given them as kids and then the booster yearly before they kid. i'll be watching for the answer too.

Have seen nothing about the milk having to be withheld either. Not on the bottle or anywhere online. If i give it now it puts me close to a 6 month pre kidding schedule. Know I cant butcher for 21 days or so but really curious about the milk

If there is a 21 day withdrawal for butchering then yes there would be a milk withdrawal
Not sure what it is but milk is usually less than butcher

We too give as kids and does get a booster about 1 month before they kid

Edited
I may have been wrong
My wife said there is a meat withdrawal for rabies vaccine but not a milk withdrawal
She said she wasn't sure about CDT
