Online record keeping?

Does anyone know a good site that has forms to download for record keeping? Shots, deworming, etc?

Hmm, no website that I know of, that is free, at least. But a powerpoint (or equivalent program, like the spreadsheet program in Open Office, a free Microsoft office type set of programs) would be perfect for keeping records. Also, Elevan has written a nice little book, and it has pages for charting health records and whatnot for ten individual goats. I use that for my medical documentation, plus a folder full of any documents the veterinarian gives me.

Nice forms. I use Evernote to keep notes on my herd.

Kintraks is a great free program you can download to your computer. It is a pedigree program but it's got all kinds of things in it including medical records.
