I have a doe thats due to give birth. The last time was her first litter. She never built a nest in the nesting box or pulled fur. She had the first three outside the box and i put them in the box . then she had another 3 in the box by the time i got home. She let all of them die. I just went out to check and she built a nest behind the box in between that and the wall. She pulled a lot of fur out this time. Should i try moving her into the box or just let her do her thing this time?

I would let her give birth where she wants, then put the babies in the box. Babies that are in a box can get pulled out, but babies that aren't in a box to start with are many times more likely to get where you don't want them to be, and either get stepped on or die of hypothermia.
