Last week we took our two alpines and paca for a hike. This was the paca's first hike ever. He is a bit clumsy but did relatively well. At one point he wasn't happy and had spitted at me. LOL... He ate his treats right away when we got back to the barn so I don't think he was too upset. :)

Good luck! I have a couple bottle baby ewes who "might" put up with that but I think I would have better luck strapping it to my dogs.

Yeah, he is a small paca (125lb, 4 year boy) so I probably won't put a pack on him. It was fun taking him out though. I will probably keep taking him out when we have a chance. At least on of the goats will be big enough to carry a pack. My little shrimp...baby goat is another story.
